Sessions are 60-90 minutes long. I coach by phone or Zoom and can allow for international time zones.

The number of sessions is tailored to the client’s needs. I offer individual sessions, however Performance Coaching is a process and to gain the most benefit from it I’d recommend one of my packages of three sessions to meet your specific needs. Sessions are paid for in advance. However, if at any point you feel Performance Coaching isn’t for you I will refund you for the sessions you haven’t used.

I am available for workshops for small groups in schools (e.g., HSC students), Tertiary institutions, youth orchestras/bands and private teaching studios. These can be tailored to the participants’ needs. For example: workshops for Performance Anxiety, stress management and goal setting. I teach self-help tools in every workshop to encourage participants to follow up and develop their skills.

As part of my performance coaching sessions I can teach basic EFT for self-use so that participants have a highly effective self-help technique to reduce stress and manage performance anxiety. I also offer EFT only sessions for individuals.
